Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled by the patient under the following conditions:

• Cancellations must be requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time
• Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund
• Cancellations can be initiated by contacting our front desk or via our digital platforms

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered and processed for the following cases:

• Duplicate Payments — where a patient has been charged more than once for the same service
• Failed Transactions — where payment was deducted but the booking was not confirmed
• Service Cancellation by the Centre — where an appointment is cancelled due to operational reasons on our end
• Eligible Appointment Cancellations — where the patient has cancelled within the permitted time window

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following circumstances:

• Sample collection has been completed and testing has been initiated
• Diagnostic testing is in progress or has been completed
• Incorrect information was provided by the patient at the time of booking
• Cancellation was requested after the stipulated 2-hour cut-off period
• Services availed under promotional offers or discounts, unless otherwise stated

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge, provided the rescheduling request is made at least 2 hours before the original scheduled service time. To reschedule, please contact us directly at 011-40771234 or goyalmri@yahoo.com.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing timelines are as follows:

• Online/Digital Payments: 7–10 business days from the date of approval
• The exact credit timeline may vary depending on the patient's bank or payment provider
• Patients will be notified upon initiation of the refund
